Who answers your message
The editorial team can answer questions about the site itself: how a review was put together, where a fact came from, or why a particular casino earned the rating it did. If you are asking about Candyland as a product, those questions go elsewhere. Account access, bonus terms, verification delays and anything tied to your balance are the operator’s business, not ours.
Send account, deposit and withdrawal problems straight to Candyland’s own support. We do not see your player account, we cannot speed up a payout, and we have no way to change a decision the operator has made about your funds. The operator holds your money, your documents and your wagering history; only it can act on them. We can, however, tell you what to expect from the process and what the published terms say.
Corrections and stale facts
If a review contains an error, a broken detail or a figure that no longer matches what the casino shows, tell us. We check reported inaccuracies against the operator’s current terms and against our own records, and we update the page when the evidence supports the change. A correction that comes with a link or a screenshot of the relevant page is far easier to verify than a bare claim.
Casino terms change often. A bonus that was live last month may be gone this month, and wagering requirements shift without notice. When you spot something outdated, the fastest way to help is to name the specific page and the specific detail, and to say what you believe the current position is. We treat every report on its merits and revise the text as necessary.
What to include in your message
For a response within a reasonable time, give us enough to work with. State which casino the message concerns, which page or section you are referring to, and what you want us to do. If the matter is about your account, your deposit or a withdrawal, say so clearly — but understand that we will redirect you to the operator rather than intervene on your behalf.
Questions about responsible gambling, self-exclusion or age limits are welcome here. We can point you to the general principles and to the tools that operators are expected to provide, and we can explain what the published terms say about them. What we cannot do is act as a substitute for the operator’s own responsible-gambling procedures.
